Personal Specification:Essential:- Ability to work on your own in all weather conditions.
- Hard working, good self initiative and ability to show pride in work.
- Experience of using grass cutting machinery and ability to look after for such machinery.
- Able to work flexibly to ensure business needs are met.
- Evidence of good timekeeping and reliability in previous positions.
Desirable:- Previous grounds maintenance experience.
- Ability to drive tractors and quads.
- Experience of assisting in kerb laying, fencing, concreting etc.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to maintain machinery.
Core Working hours:
November – February
5 day week
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
March – October
5 day week
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
Alternative Saturdays (flexible), 9am – 5.30pm with day off during week in lieue of the Saturday.
