Responsibilities include:
- Manage all aspects of the office administrative systems and processes.
- Maintain our online presence inc. Operate our booking engine and online offers; Website updates; Oversee social media marketing opportunities.
- Bookkeeping – Maintaining purchase & sales ledger, invoicing, credit control and petty cash management.
- Oversee reception/shop staff and occasionally assist with reception and shop duties.
- Process employee time sheets and payroll related information.
- Oversee housekeeping staff.
You must have good IT skills and online awareness. Working office and Sage accounts experience would be a benefit.
Full time and permanent position.
Variable and competitive remuneration package depending on experience. Company pension.
