Facilities

The cottages with full wifi access are located beside the tennis court, pitch & putt, golf course and marina and are just 100 yards from the Manor House Hotel. There are fishing jetties in front of the cottages for residents and the private grounds are ideal for walking. Residents are welcome to avail themselves of the facilities at the Manor House Hotel including bars, restaurants and leisure complex. On-site facilities include:

	Day Boats for hire	Full day or half a day. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment
	Golf Course	Our 9 hole Golf Course is available at reduced rates, no need to book Pay & Play
	Tennis	Cottage residents have their own key to the court and have free use during their stay
	Pitch and Putt	The course is right next door to the cottages and residents get free use of the 9-hole course
	Fishing Jetties	Our private fishing jetties are available to residents and we sell fishing gear and licences/permits
	Boules	The pit is next to our reception where the equipment can be hired
	Walking	Residents can walk around the grounds taking in spectacular views across the bay and marina
	Manor House Hotel	The hotel offers bar snacks, regular live entertainment, Cocktail Bar and The Belleek restaurant
	Leisure Complex at Hotel	The hotel offers a range of luxurious leisure facilities
	Launching and Mooring Facilities	For those who have their own boat we offer free launching and mooring during your stay.
	Bicycles	Bicycles are available for half day, full day or weekly hire. Ask on arrival or book to avoid disappointment.
	Table Tennis	Table Tennis is located in our games room and available free of charge to residents.
	Shuffle Board	The Shuffle Board court is located next to reception where the equipment can be hired.
