Tuition & Safety
We give a full demonstration of your arrival and answer any questions you may have. You will be shown all the workings of the boats interior and exterior followed by a detailed explanation of the navigation charts. After any questions have been answered you will be brought for a demonstration cruise in your boat. During the outing you will be guided in how to manoeuvre the vessel and how to moor up.
We have all sorts of visitors from first time boat operators to experienced skippers. We welcome all and give full tuition on arrival. Please allow up to 45 minutes for your onsite demonstration and please follow the link above to watch the safety video prior to your arrival.
Before your arrival all Captains and their crew should read the Captain’s Handbook where full navigation tools are explained. This book also contains information of the relevant moorings on the waterway.
